Evermore Bay is restricted to overnight guest use only. Non-resort guests are able to make reservations at Evermore Resort’s Twin View Restaurant, as well as the restaurants and the Spa at Conrad Orlando.

Day passes are not available. Access to the amenities at Evermore Orlando Resort is restricted to overnight guests only. Non-resort guests will be able to make dining reservations at Evermore Resort’s Twin View Restaurant, the restaurants, and the Spa at Conrad Orlando.

Yes, Evermore Resort is designed with families in mind, offering spacious accommodations, kid-friendly amenities, and activities that make traveling with children of all ages easy.

Absolutely! There is no dedicated kids’ club at the resort. However, we are pleased to offer a wide range of activities for all ages, from little ones to teens and young adults. Explore our resort programs.

Pets are not permitted at Evermore, including in our water amenities and common spaces such as pools, restaurants, and transportation. The only exceptions are for medical or disability-related service animals (in which case they are permitted in some areas). Florida's service animal law applies to animals trained to perform work or tasks for someone with a physical, mental, psychiatric, sensory, or intellectual disability. The work the animal does must be directly related to the person's disability.

While on the property, the service animal must remain by its owner and be leashed, harnessed, or tethered at all times. Service animals are not allowed in Evermore Bay or any other water amenity. Evermore does not provide animal life jackets, and service animals are not permitted on any watercraft. If the service animal is disruptive or uncontrollable, Evermore may require the owner to remove the animal from the resort.  

Pet boarding is available locally, so you can visit your pet often. We recommend Best Friends Pet Hotel at Walt Disney World®, 2.5 miles away.

Evermore is a non-smoking resort. 

Hours of operation for Evermore Bay vary seasonally. Some portions of the Bay may be closed periodically for maintenance. Swimming in any part of Evermore Bay is always prohibited after dark.

Evermore Bay is not heated, and water temperature can vary. From December to March, water temperatures can be in the mid- to upper 60s, while April, May, and November are often in the 70s. From June to October, water temperatures can be in the 80s. Guests should use their best judgment regarding water activities, safety, and their own comfort.

Heated water options are available year-round, however, in our other pristine pools around the resort. This includes the family waterslide and family-friendly pool, the Boardwalk Pool, the Villas Pool, and the private pools at each House.

There are multiple dedicated swim zones available in Evermore Bay for guests to enjoy:

• South Beach, near The Landing
• Barbara Ann's, by our iconic beach bar
• East Beach Shallows, near Hammock Grove Lawn
• East Beach Overwater Cabanas (exclusive to guests renting a cabana)
• West Beach Shallows, near the Villas
• Blue Hole Overwater Cabanas (exclusive to guests renting a cabana)
• Blue Hole, home to the high jumps and rope swing
• Conrad Beach (for guests of Conrad Orlando only)

The remainder of Evermore Bay is a non-swim zone designated for water activities such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. You can view the locations of our swim zones on our Interactive Map.

Yes! There is an epic four-person waterslide located at the Family Waterslide Pool right next to Evermore Bay.

Yes, beach towels are available for resort guests at Dockside Outfitters near South Beach.

Evermore Bay is a swim-at-your-own-risk facility. Please be advised that there are no lifeguards on duty. If anyone in your group needs a lifejacket, we have them available in designated areas.

Lifeguards are available at the Family Waterslide Pool and the Blue Hole High Jump during operating hours.

Yes, there are height requirements for the slide located at the Family Waterslide Pool and the jump platforms located at the Blue Hole. Children under the age of 14 must have an adult present in the area while enjoying the amenities.

Waterslide Height Requirements

• 48" — Can slide alone without a life jacket
• 40"–48" — Must wear a life jacket AND must ride with a parent next to them on the slide or have a parent waiting to catch them in the pool
• Under 40" — Unable to participate

Blue Hole Height Requirements

• 48" — Can go alone on the jump platforms and rope swing
• Under 48" — Unable to participate
   

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Yes, Evermore Bay offers private cabanas and daybeds available for reservation.

Yes, we recommend reserving your cabana in advance, particularly if you are traveling with a large party. Book your private cabana.

Day passes are not available. Access to Evermore Bay and the amenities at Evermore Orlando Resort is restricted to overnight guest use only.

The following items are prohibited in and/or around Evermore Bay:

• Firearms or weapons
• Pets or other animals (with the exception of approved service animals) are not permitted in the lagoon
• Outside alcohol or Illegal substances
• Outside food, beverage, or coolers
• Outside chairs, unless otherwise stated for a special event
• Wagons larger than 35” are prohibited
• Tents or shade structures
• Glass containers, with the exception of approved small containers such as baby food jars
• Recreational devices such as bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, scooters, golf carts, drones, and all other motorized vehicles are not permitted inside the lagoon or on the Evermore Bay promenade.
• All personal water vessels, including but not limited to kayaks, paddle boards, skim boards, surfboards, rafts, and floats, are not permitted.
• Large sports balls including footballs, basketballs, playground balls, etc. are not permitted unless otherwise stated for a special event.
• Large inflatable rafts, large water toys, and watercraft are not permitted. US Coast Guard-approved flotation devices are available upon request. Small single noodles and U.S. coast guard approved flotation devices are permitted.
• External audio speakers or similar devices
• Other items that we deem disruptive or inappropriate

The following activities are prohibited in and/or around Evermore Bay:

• Diving
• Flips, back jumps, back dives, or other dangerous actions from the side of the lagoon.
• Jumping is permitted at The Blue Hole based on posted rules.
• Profanity or disruptive behavior, including horseplay
• Intoxication
• Running
• Sale or distribution of goods or services
• Photography, videotaping, and recording of any kind of anyone not in your party
• Playing music via external speakers
• Engaging in any unsafe acts that may impede the operation of Evermore Bay

Evermore Bay is a family-friendly environment. You must wear appropriate beach/swim attire at all times. No thongs or Brazilian cut swimsuits. For the health and safety of all our guests, children in diapers must wear a swim diaper when entering the Bay waters.

Yes, various food items and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available for sale in a variety of locations. For your convenience, we have water stations located around the Evermore Bay perimeter. 

Yes. Multiple zero-entry points are available with textured concrete to facilitate wheelchair entry. 

The safety of all our guests is our top priority. Therefore, inclement weather may cause us to temporarily close Evermore Bay. We ask that all guests adhere to weather warnings and seek shelter. Tickets and activities are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Lightning Mileage Procedures

• 15 miles — paddleboards, kayaks, and watercraft come back to shore
• 6 miles — Evermore Bay closes and all guests clear out of the water, including all activities

Managers will approve guests to re-enter the area after the immediate threat of lightning has passed and a reasonable amount of time has elapsed. It is at the company’s discretion whether Evermore Bay will remain closed or reopen after weather events.

While you’re welcome to bring your own small floats, our Recreation Team always has an array of floaties and life jackets available for your use — so no need to pack or purchase any! Large inflatable rafts, larger water toys, and personal water vessels are not permitted.

Evermore Resort offers a variety of Flats, Villas, and Houses ranging from multi-bedroom residences to expansive private vacation homes designed for large groups and extended stays. Or choose the authentic, personal service of Conrad Orlando, an elevated luxury hotel to anticipate your every need.

Our homes are designed for group travel and can accommodate anywhere from a few guests to large parties of up to 32 people, depending on the home's size and layout.

Yes, every 5- to 11-bedroom vacation home at Evermore features its own private heated pool.

Yes, all Evermore homes are designed specifically for multi-family stays.

Each House, Flat, and Villa at Evermore includes a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a large island. We’ve stocked every drawer with the tools you’ll need — so just add your ingredients and make every meal easy when you're cooking for your large group.

Every 5–11 Bedroom House also has an outdoor summer lanai with a kitchen and a Coyote gas grill — perfect for entertaining and enjoying meals together by your private, heated pool.

No personal outside grills or fire pits may be used. Provided grills must be monitored when in use.

As with traditional vacation homes, daily housekeeping is not included — but we want to take the work out of your vacation, so we do provide a variety of housekeeping services. Choose from options like a quick kitchen tidy-up, a mid-stay full cleaning, or a daily cleaning service for an additional fee. Contact (407) 488-1653 for services and prices.

Nope. We want your departure to feel easy on purpose. Your inclusive All-In-One Fee covers a comprehensive post-departure clean. No need to strip your beds, do any laundry, or empty your fridge. Simply make sure you don’t leave any of your souvenirs behind, pack up, and travel safely!

Yes, all Evermore Residences and Cypress Villas are equipped with in-unit washers and dryers for convenience.

Each House, Flat, and Villa has a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. Outside laundry service can be provided for a fee.

We want every guest to experience a pure-air clean in their unit. Smoking & vaping are not allowed inside or outside at any accommodation unit at Evermore Orlando Resort. If smoke damage has been discovered, a $1,000 + tax assessment will be charged to the Alphabooker’s card on file. 

Bathtubs are available in all Villas and Houses. For guests staying in one of our Flats, a complimentary portable baby bath can be provided by contacting our Guest Services team or requesting via the Evermore app.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES 

The check-in window is from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM local time, and our staff will do everything possible to have accommodations ready within that time frame. If the unit is ready and available prior to 4:00 PM, management will make a reasonable effort to allow earlier access. Occasional check-in delays may occur during peak business levels, and Evermore staff will do their best to assist in these unforeseen circumstances. 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM check-in is NOT GUARANTEED.  Early check-ins are based on availability only.  

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Any late checkouts MUST be authorized by the Evermore Guest Services office and made the day prior. Late check-out charges will apply and are subject to availability only.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are arriving after midnight, please notify our front office so your reservation is not canceled as a no-show. Evermore provides 24/7 security and arrival staff — we can make special arrangements for your circumstances.

Any late checkouts MUST have authorization from the Evermore guest services office and must be made the day prior. Late check-out charges will apply and are subject to availability only.

Evermore’s All-In-One Fee covers all fees and their associated taxes related to cleaning, damages, and use of amenities for the rental unit. This one-time fee is due with the final payment for the stay and is refundable upon cancellation of the reservation prior to arrival. Once the guest is checked in, this fee is nonrefundable. This fee covers reported wear-and-tear damage up to $1,000.00 USD in a Villa or Flat and $2,500.00 USD in a House unit. This covers accidental & reported damage only and does not waive the guest’s liability for damages exceeding those amounts. This does not include major damage or smoking-related cleaning (see NON-COMPLIANCE in our Terms of Service).

Hurricane Cancellation Policy

If a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Orlando area within seven days of your arrival, Evermore will allow penalty-free cancellations for any reservations booked directly through the Resort.  (Reservations booked through third parties are subject to their terms and conditions.)  Evermore will generally allow guests to stay on-site during weather events, depending on their accommodation type and the predicted storm strength. (Guests in certain accommodations may be requested to move to alternate locations within the resort based upon any determined risks.) Any guests who are on property and uncomfortable due to the predicted direct impact of a hurricane will be allowed to depart and, as applicable, credited for their stay.

Yes, optional Red Sky Travel Insurance is available to the Alphabooker up to 30 days prior to arrival. The Alphabooker has 14 days after purchase to cancel the insurance and receive a full refund on the insurance only. Insurance is not available when booking within 30 days of arrival.

We’ve designed a tool to help you easily split the cost of your vacation amongst the members of your party. Everyone attending the stay can contribute with our Split Payment option available in the Alphabooker's Evermore account.

For reservations booked more than 30 days in advance, we require 1 night’s room & tax payment at the time of booking, and the balance can be paid by other members of your party up to 30 days prior to arrival. The Alphabooker can add additional guests to the reservation after booking and send a unique payment link to selected guests so they can contribute to the reservation cost. Split payments are not available within 30 days of arrival.

Setting up an enhanced experience for your family, or your entire group, is easy. Most activities, including cabana reservations, can be booked through our Evermore Resort App. Other enhancements, such as an in-home private chef or a private bar experience, are part of our In-Residence Dining program and can be arranged by contacting our Culinary Concierge team at (407) 488-1674.

Evermore Resort offers over 14 dining venues, ranging from the casual Food Hall to upscale fine dining at Twin View and the Conrad Orlando rooftop.

Yes! All Evermore guests are welcome to dine at any of Conrad Orlando's restaurants, lounges, and bars. Whether you're craving rooftop cocktails, waterside bites, or fine dining, you can easily make a reservation or walk in as a resort guest.

You can easily make a reservation at Evermore's Twin View Restaurant and the full-service restaurants at Conrad Orlando on our website or app via OpenTable.

We have thoughtfully designed menus that have options for any guest with special dietary requests. Our front- and back-of-house team members at any restaurant are available to assist our guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. Special dietary requests can often be accommodated at the restaurant; however, once at the resort, please connect with any Food & Beverage or Guest Services team member to discuss specific options to best fit your needs.
